| This activity is open to all seniors. The PS4 Big Brother/Big Sister program brings Prep seniors into contact with emotionally challenged youngsters and autistic children. PS 4 is a public school located directly behind St. Francis Prep. For many years, Prep students have volunteered one free period per cycle during which they mentor, tutor and "pay attention to" their "Little Brothers and Sisters." This close contact with a positive role model has a great effect on the little ones. The Prep students also benefit from this program. Many of our students have chosen careers in the special education field because of their PS4 experience.
