Directions to the DOUGLASTON IMMACULATE CONCEPTIN CENTER pool for practice: Q30 bus at the corner of Horace Harding and Francis Lewis Blvd (at the flag pole) Push the button right after you see East Hampton Blvd. (approximately 10 minutes) Get off the bus and walk up the hill Douglaston Parkway to the pool. Directions to Kingspoint US Merchant Marine Academy
Long Island Expressway East to Little Neck Parkway Exit Exit Expressway and turn left at traffic light onto Little Neck Parkway Follow one mile to Northern Blvd. East Turn right onto Northern Blvd and go 5 blocks to Great Neck Road Take Left fork onto Great Neck Road (this road changes names) Follow this road over the railroad bridge and continue along Bayview Avenue & Kingspoint Road (entire distance is approximately 3 miles) Make a left onto Steamboat Road and proceed to Academy Main Gate Directions to Chaminade Long Island Expressway or Northern State Parkway East to New Hyde Park Road South Continue on New Hyde Park Road South to Jericho Turnpike Make a left turn onto Jericho Turnpike Go approximately 2 miles, Chaminade is on your right 340 Jackson Avenue, Mineola Directions to Eisenhower Park Aquatic Center Grand Central Parkway/ Northern State Parkway East To Meadowbrook Parkway South (towards Jones Beach) to Exit M 3 West Goto stop sign and make a right Goto the traffic light and make a left turn onto Stewart Avenue (Eisenhower Park will be ahead of you) Make a right turn at the traffic light Merrick Avenue Go to the second light and make a left into the parking lot. Directions to Half Hollow Hills Northern State Parkway to Exit 41, Wolf Hill Road (S. Huntington/Dix Hills). At the STOP sign turn left onto Wolf Hill Rd. After you go under the overpass, Half Hollow Hills will be immediately on your left. Entrance is right after the track. The Pool (Natatorium) is between the track and the school. From Queens, take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) to the Cadman Plaza exit (exit 28). Turn right and follow Cadman Plaza West until it becomes Court Street. St. Francis College is located in historic Brooklyn Heights at 180 Remsen Street, between Court and Clinton Streets. The College is one block from Borough Hall, the Brooklyn court houses, and various municipal buildings. The College is three blocks from the Brooklyn Heights Promenade to the west and Metrotech Center to the east.
